"Oh, I'm no expert pal. Trust me. That was my bro Felix's expertise." Alex admitted. "Hmmm. Okay, I'm just gunna touch it and see what happens."
Before Can could intervene, Alex reached out and touched the orb. Suddenly, white runes cracked through the podium and formed a line which ran its away across the floor and towards the entrance, where the two had come from.
"WELL. No point in waiting around. Let's follow it shall we?" Alex asked as he hopped off the platform and followed the runes towards the ladder.
The two climbed up the ladder, and alex pushed the platform aside. The two made their way back up and into the throne room, where the runes lead up to the throne. As the two investigated they had an audience. Alex pointed to the arm rest of his throne, where a small circular run was placed. Alex pressed the run down...
And then everyone got a little colder. Outside, it was as if the wind had picked up. And it was loud.
"Open the throne doors!" Alex demanded. The throne room doors opened, and that's when everyone saw a wall of snow that blew across the wind.
Can and Alex walked outside, and saw that the castle and the village was surrounded by a massively controlled blizzard.
"....OH. So it DID work!" Alex claimed.
Alex looked around in awe for a moment. Before he looked to Can.
"Well, Can, looks like you came through again. Thanks for the help. Even though you are just kinda doing it for the money..."
