*just as they start walking, a loud crash is heard from Mortar's house, which had no lights on because it was supposedly empty, followed by a rather loud "AH, Son of a bitch!" Mion swivels his ears to the sound first, then his head* What the hell was that?

Thanks. *Once she opens it a large burst of light seems to blind Mion and Aiyanna temporarily. Then it gets dark again, and a strange buzzing sound comes from the back of the garage, however the buzzing seems to fade slightly as the seconds tick by*

I can't either! I think the old portal thing did this! Whenever Mortar worked on it he wore really dark goggles. Maybe that is what did this!
