Prologue: Haknir's crew
4 pm
Dojo courtyard A1
All over the courtyard and on the wall of the dojo were bright green flyers. Some were on the ground from being blown away (probably purposely). They seemed to be everywhere, on them was an advertisement of sorts. On each one, it read:
"Attention members of the dojo. Looking for some extra work with great pay? Join Haknir and go on his voyage across the ocean on the hunt for treasure! It's a free trip and you'll get to fight some other pirates if you'd like! Go see Haknir at the dock if you're interested."
------------------------------------------
At the docks
Haknir lounged in a fold out chair with his feet propped up on a small wooden box. He sat with a cup of coffee and sipped on it as he waited for people to show up. Next to him was his ship with some of Sandello's men walking around on it.
--------------------------------------------
Out on the ocean, the pirates were stirring, raising more ships than usual, and fearlessly. Something had them riled up and they were going the extra mile to get all the loot possible. While this happened, certain crews didn't attack each other. It was obvious they were working together, but know one could know what for.

"I think you might find these ones a bit more resilient. Not all of them are human exactly, not completely at least."
-
A revolver materialized in his hand, looking likenit was made of glowing hot metal before cooling rapidly. "Well, this thing can kill the undead, so I have that covered. Should I bring anything highly destructive?"
-
"Probably not. They don't have the most stable architecture there."
-
"All the more reason to!" He says laughing
-
"If you want, but you'd be burying a lot of treasure in that rubble. That is how you're being paid after all."
-
"Son, Im a simple man. The sound of gunfire and the smell of napalm are enough payment. Though I won't turn down more loot."
-
haven't used this guy in a while
a tall man with shaggy black hair and bright green eyes comes walking up the where he is sitting. The man is covered bluish gray scales . He had a sword strapped to his back that had a very jagged looking edge to it and it looked very well crafted. "Im interested i saw one of your flyers. My name is talath."he says
cant remember if you interacted with him or not lol
-
Never seen him before.
Haknir greeted him. "Glad you decided to join me. We're going on quite the trip so make sure you're prepared for it. There will most likely be a lot of fighting too."
-
he is one leyla's childhood friends he is older than her
"Sounds like a lot of fun and i dont mind fighting"says talath
-
"Good. Here's a map." Haknir handed him a map that led out to sea to the middle of nowhere with an X marking some unknown location. "There's some islands there. That's where we're going."
-
"Oh okay"says talath he looks at map studying it.
-
"You'll find most of the opposition being pirates and whatever we cross at sea, so prepare for that. I've met some of your family before though, so I have high expectations for you."
-
"Im pretty that you have and i can handle what is thrown at me"says talath
-
"Good. We'll be setting sail soon enough." Haknir boarded the ship and began working with the others already on it, moving around boxes and checking different items on the ship.
-
"Oh okay then"says talath he followed but was unsure of what ro do here.
-
fin. Next part starting soon.
-
oh ok
The man that approached was clearly an odd one. White blotches in his hair, and people gave him odd looks as he passed. He stopped several feet away from Haknir and looked at the man sitting down "Looking for a crew, Aye?"
-
Haknir set his feet down and stood up, putting aside his coffee. "You look like an interesting fellow. And indeed I am looking for a crew, glad you heard. We'll be setting out soon enough. Expect opposition where we're going."
-
The man extended a hand "Alric, Fasthands. Ready for service Captain..."
-
"Nice to meet ya. Take this. Just a little extra info in case you're curious." Haknir handed him a roll of paper with a map on it of where they were going. It was some unmarked location out in the middle of the ocean with a little X showing it on the map. "There's a small group of islands where the X is. That's where we're headed."
-
"How small are the islands?"
-
"The outside ones are fairly small, but there's one specifically which is rather big in the middle."
-
"Is there a reason it is not on the map?"
-
"No one's ever found it or lived long enough to let others know it exists. That is until I found it, and got away."
