As they passed throught the area, bodies of Alliance forces and civilians laid all over the area, the ruins of a GARDIAN tower sticking up above the small forest that they were in.

Serendipity: "I don't trust this...." Noble: "Yeah well. At least we have Iseph on the ship prepared for an emergency evac." Ghost: "Yeah. Real nice thought there..." Talath: "Sarcasm?" [b]The crew continued along, weapons raised [/b]

*They had arrived at the aforementioned plaza, where bodies numbering in the thousands laid motionless, with bullet holes, slashes, and missing limbs. Husks of Cerberus mechs and downed Kodiaks were also seen. Alliance, Cerberus, and civilian corpses of all kinds; men, women, even a couple children laid there. The only signs of life in the area were the pigeons in the sky and the firs burning across the battlefield. Beyond that laid the main doors to Sanctuary.*

Ghost: "The hell is this place? It looks....actually kind of recent." [b]The four continued onwards [/b]

Through the speakers, a voice was barely heard from all the static within the speakers. The communicators were also buzzing the same message. It seemed to be in an Australian accent. "This is ——, of San—. We are und— -tack by ——. I repeat, do not go to _——. It's a ——." An Australian women's voice said in the message, although it was somewhat corrupted. They continued around the battlefield, as they passed by even more bodies, somewhat more destroyed than before. Even more Alliance bodies were being shown, along with more civilian bodies. Cerberus bodies littered the downed Kodiaks.

A datapad laid nearby, near a dead female civilian, her thigh and body riddled with bruises near some cover. She seemed to hold a Predator Pistol in her hand, and a Cerberus Phantom's corpse laid next to her, a few bruises on the Phantom and two bullet holes laying on the chest area.

Ghost: "Iseph, you seeing this?" Iseph: "Affirmative. Your HUD is transmitting on screen in the ship." Ghost: "What can you tell me?" Iseph: "It seems the two had a brawl, the female pulled out a gun. Shot her enemy and then collapsed. Most likely residual damage." [b]Ghost knelt down by the woman, checking her pulse [/b]

She was dead. Somewhat around the same time they were on Demeter. The datapad was clutched in her left hand, and seemed to contain some sort of clip from around a day ago.

[b]Ghost pried the data hand from the woman's hands, examining it [/b]

It seems to contain a recorded clip of the fight, from around a day ago. Otherwise, it contained around 5000 credits to loot.

[b]Ghost transferred the credits over to his account, than watched the fight [/b]

*It first compiled of her running away from the fight, watching as explosions, and gunfire ripped across the area. She eventually drops down from a shot to her thigh, dragging herself to cover. She places the datapad to the cover, as a Cerberus Phantom jumps over her. Someone, an Australian woman with a white and black one-piece jump suit ends up fighting her unarmed. She eventually pushed her back , a Predator Pistol sliding to the injuries woman, who fired two shots into the Phantom, killing her.* "Mira..." the Australian woman pleaded, before Mira, the name of the injuried woman yelled, "Dr. Lawson...you need to go. Go into the tower; warn them." She replied, as Lawson seemed to almost cry, running back into the building with Alliance forces blocking the entrance, getting shot at by Cerberus. The datapad looks up, seeing Cerberus and Alliance Kodiaks and fighters shooting each other over the dawn of the new day. [b][END TRANSMISSION][/b] The sun shined aboard the area, as the datapad completed its transmission.

[spoiler]No...Otherwise, she'd be hiding in a wall with a little window of death in front of her...[/spoiler] The crew had reached the front door, where there were a LOT more civilian bodies everywhere. A Cerberus Phantom tried to crawl her way toward her sword, seemingly somewhat bruised up. [spoiler]-Kill her -Interrogate her[/spoiler]

[b]Serendipity quickly went over to the Phantom and kicked the blade away, leveling her Carnifex at the Phantom's head. Ghost shot the Phantom through the thigh and knelt down, squeezing the wound [/b] Ghost: "What did you want Here?!"

"What do you think, b****? We...were here to show any happens...when you side with the enemy." She replies, not worrying about a gun leveled to her head and being more injured than before.

Ghost: "You sure that's it? No secret facilities or anything?"

"Well...this used to be one of the Illusive Man's indoctrination facilities." The Phantom admitted.

Ghost: "In English please." Noble: "It's like a recruiting station. For Cerberus operatives." Ghost: "Well If it's an old facility, what use would it have now?" Serendipity: "They could potentially still have a facility here, an abandoned one yet to be discovered." Noble: "It's entirely possible that there is something in this facility." Ghost: "That true? You guys came here for the facility?" [b]He looked at the Phantom[/b]

"Not only for that...but for Miranda Lawson as well. Ex-Cerberus operative. Just...that girl, Valeria Hong...she knows how to fight without a weapon, I'll give her that. The Illusive Man sent her here to make sure the doctor lives." The Phantol replied, as she bled out more.

"Is Miranda Still here? Something to do with the tower?"

"She was last seen up there, according to our squad leader. Maya recruited her from the depths of Omega. Clever human operative, could probably match both of them in fighting style. Her name's Cheryl Minx; possibly the best fighter out of the rest of them." The Phantom replies, screaming in pain. [spoiler]Conversation Options: - I should go. Investigate -Val's last sighting -Connection between Maya and Cerberus Agents -Possible Reasons for using Sanctuary[/spoiler]

"She was in civilian clothes; she was going through that door." She replied pointing to the door. "I'd think she's going after Lawson..." [spoiler]Two more investigates and the leave button...[/spoiler]
