[i]Rafael quietly followed them, while Jack and the others were dealing what was now an outbreak of Malren's army, Rafael had noticed Kross walking with Roy.
Only when he entered, did he make himself known. He uncloaked himself, the shadows literally unwrapping themselves from around him. He had no intent of harm, but still was wary.[/i]
"Roy... Kross.."

"Kross.. I know. I know. No matter what. You still are redeemable. Unlike others, you have seen the consequences of what you have done. You can fix this." [i]He walks closer, placing a cold, rough hand on Kross' shoulder. Looking down at the former member of the dojo.[/i]

[b]Kross looked up, tears streaking down his face. Rafael saw Royal... Shift? It couldn't be. Could it? [/b]

"Kross.. Are you sure Roy is dead?" [i]Rafael looks to the body of his friend.[/i]

[i]"I Killed him! Of course I am. Why wouldn't I be sure...."[/i] [b]Another shift... [/b]

"Kross, Roy is like me in many ways. He has found ways to avoid permanent demise many times.. From beyond on the grave. Dead, or alive, you may be at fault but you, of all people still can achieve redemption."

[b]Kross looked down at Roy's body. And the shadowy man shifted again. [/b] [i]"That... That can't be possible" [/i]

"It is very possible.." [i]Rafael flicked his hand, as a small bit of.. Light..? Flowed from his hand, surging info his body.[/i] "He may not like this, but that will help him ease his way back into the world of the living."

[b]His body shook slightly as he suddenly sat upright, wrapping his hand around Kross' throat [/b]

"Royal! Stop dammit!" [i]His eyes flash a bright purple, and a literal roar comes from him as he rips Roy from Kross, pinning him against a wall.[/i] "I know what he did. But look at him for -blam!-s sake! He knows what he's done! He admits what he has done is extremely wrong!"

[b]Kross fell to his back, coughing as he took in air. Royal simply stopped, looking at Rafael [/b] ".... He got Mia killed." [spoiler]Yeah, someone fúcking died [/spoiler]

"Royal. I know what loss is like. My very body alone shows that. Revenge won't bring them back. And killing him will not only lose a member of the Dojo, but it won't help you better yourself to being okay again." [i]He stares straight back with a cold look. His artificial skin slightly starts to peel away.[/i]

"Did he try to kill you, kidnap you from the place you call home? Kill one of your friends as he tortured you?! DID HE WATCH YOU SUFFER FOR HIS AMUSEMENT?!" [b]Royal was furious, as he closed his eyes and looked upwards [/b]

"Have you felt the pain of seeing family members being torn apart in front of your very eyes? Have you felt what it feels like to lose over 90% of your body, but live, and have to go through the surgery to save you? Have you ever felt like the entirety of the many dimensions weighed on your shoulders and decisions? Have you felt what it feels like to be torn apart and put back together by a god? Have you seen another version of yourself brutally murdered? Have you nearly destroyed yourself with your own power? Have you been betrayed by the one who loves you?" [i]Rafael's own rant burns out of his mouth like fire from a dragon. His face closer to Roy, as his face melts away, showing nothing but a mechanical skull mixed with bits if organic brain, barely held together by shadow.[/i]

"You know damn well the stories I could tell. Stories even you wouldn't believe! I have seen so much. Soooo much. As have you! I am simply going to spare Kross the thought of seeing such things!"

"Roy. Get up. Spare Kross. Let him atone for his mistakes. You do not need to forgive him, but I ask you let him live."

"It is done." [b]Royal stood up, finally opening his eyes as he gazed at Rafael [/b] "Thank you." [b]He whispered, before entering the dojo gates. Kross remained laying down on the ground, silent [/b]

[i]Rafael suddenly winced in pain, groaning and falling to his knees, something isn't right.. There is no noise coming from outside. Except for a very eerie sound of... Wings? A large shadow quickly flew by outside.[/i] [b][i][u]IT IS TIME. YOU WILL ALL DIE![/u][/i][/b] [spoiler]Heh.. Terrible cliff hanger. You know where this is going. Should I make the post?[/spoiler]
