I think a lot of the complaints about this are more because BD was already the weakest Hunter class and 2nd weakest super in the game next to Radiance. Why nerf a class that has already been neutered?

Gunslinger has less armor but is better in every other way than BD, everything good about BD was nerfed in year 2
