*Sapphire gently rocks her side-to-side as she sits down in the corner of the basement to wait out the fighting.*

Mari pulls the blanket back around her, sniffling ever so often. She eventually opens her eyes, braving a small smile. "Th-thank y-you.."

[u]I'm just glad you're okay and no longer crying. I love you, my little werefox...[/u] *She says, giving Mari a gentle lick on the forehead.*

Mari sniffled again, smiling a little more as she nuzzled Sapphire in return.

*She gives Mari a loving kiss on the forehead.*

Mari closed her eyes, resting in Sapphire's arms as she tried falling asleep. She sniffled now and then, but was calm now.
