Royal got to his feet as well
"Yeah. One of those places huh?"

Chesh Teleports atop of the creature with both hands on the sword. "Well, hope for the best and expect the worse it seems." He begins to pull at the blade that was lodged between the scales and after a few moments he manages to get it dislodged then teleports back over. "Well that wasn't too bad." The beast starts to snarl, it's eyes open up, the claws flex and it rears it's head their way. "Or perhaps this isn't too good"
-
"I say we run..." He pivoted around, sprinting towards the exit
-
Ash who was closest to the creature started to run with the creature gaining on her. It went to bite but was stopped by the halberd she was carrying being lodged into its mouth. "How did a girl fight something like this!?" "like I said, it's a very powerful sword. As for how she didn't get taken in one swoop, luck perhaps?"
-
"Luck? Royal skidded to a halt turning to see Ash's location "Maybe..."
-
The jabberwocky seemed too preoccupied with trying to dislodge the halberd at the moment to noticed Ash vanished. Within moments her pale hand was reaching out from the reflection of the blade as she was trying to catch up and jump out of it.
-
"ASH WHAT THE BLOODY HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" He immediately rushed forward, Towards the beast "CHESH THE BLADE!" He held out his hand as he ran, expecting Chesh to throw it
-
While Chesh tosses it Ash manages to get her arm on the hilt and pull herself partially out. "It seemed safer to escape through mirrors than to be running out in the open at the moment. I didn't mean to startle"
-
Royal caught the blade by its Hilt, as a shadowy staircase formed in front of it, he ran up the stairs, jumping off the top one and falling towards the beast
-
Ash made her way from one reflection to the reflection of Vorpal jumping out and landing on the creature. Her hands burst into flames as she placed her hand on it soon partially covering the creature in hell fire. The creature became panicked while it's back was being scorched and afflicted with all the punishment of the damned.
-
Royal brought the sword down into it's throat, stabbing into it brutally as he slid downwards with it in its neck

Edited by ALIAS-F4LS: 2/1/2017 4:12:18 PMThe jabberwocky started panicking even more as his back and throat was torn up and began flailing wildly in an attempt to get the invaders off. Ash clung to the branch of one of the trees while it shook. Chesh stepped in and warped onto its face and started clawing at one of the eyes.
-
"Hehe..." Royal continued downwards, slitting the beast's throat
-
The monster flops back down and lays still. Chesh pulls out the other eye as a trophy and starts tossing it back up and down like a ball in his hand. "Hmm back down again, wonder how long this time around." Ash dismounts from its back and pulls the halberd back out from its mouth. The wounds started to repair themselves slowly as the creature regenerates.
-
Royal drew the sword out, dropping to the ground gingerly
-
Ash kneels down beside him looking to make sure he wasn't injured. "Are you alright? Did it injure you in any way?"
-
"No no, I'm fine. Are you and Chesh alright?" His blade melted away into the shadows as he held up the Jaberwockky Slayer. It dripped with blood
-
"I am fine and I believe Chesh is... OK I guess" Chesh was walking around tossing his new trophy from hand to hand. "It looks like the last thing we will need to do is figure out what to do when we get back. It seems like a fairly open ended situation now that we have both the sword and the daughter."
-
"Indeed. I say we get the heck out of here."
-
Edited by ALIAS-F4LS: 2/2/2017 3:02:36 PMAsh looks over at the recovering monstrosity and nods her head. "I agree. Perhaps slaying it one time is good enough for today" Chesh creaks back open the gate. "And now for the way back. The looking Glass isn't that far. We should probably go back to my castle for preparation. I told the aces I'd be back in a bit for strategies on the situation at hand. Besides another day of prep would still only take two minutes"
final part is up and running. Well maybe not running. I'd be terrified if my phone gained the ability to run.
