"I was-- but that... I shouldn't be thinking about that..." She muttered.

"Oh... Sorry, I didn't mean to bring up any bad memories." He says apologetically.
-
"No. No. No. No. It's not your fault. I have too vivid of a memory.... and one that remembers everything," She replies. She asks for another shot of whiskey, quickly, sipping it down.
-
"Tha' I can relate to..." He mutters, finishing his beer and starting on another.
-
She requests for an entire flask of whiskey. She gulps it down as she is terrorized by her past experiences. She smashes the glass flask and observes its jagged pieces.
-
He notices. "Are ya alright?" He asks, definantly concerned.
Can Guardians get drunk? Wouldn't there light make that kinda hard to do?
-
I honestly have no idea.
She starts to have trouble speaking, "I-I... I don't. Don't know." Her normally hazel eyes turn Taken colors. Paralyzed by her own memories, Sarah sits there. Helpless. So the way it was with the curse of the Taken. Losing all control over her thoughts to be consumed by pain and fear. Lunar appeared above her shoulder, floating in front of her, repeating her name. "Sarah? No no no. Can you hear me? Sarah?" The Ghost panicks.
This has nothing to do with the alcohol.
-
"Wha's going on?!" Fionn asks her Ghost, starting to get worried.
-
"Curses! Curses!" Lunar shouts, "Even in his final death, Oryx's Taken serve him. So the curse will never fade. Flashbacks, memories, and visions overcome her, and she sees and feels nothing but agony." "Don't... hurt... me," She whimpered. "Sarah! Snap out of it! Sarah!" Lunar shouts, still very panicked.
-
"Is it some form of corruption? Is she... Taken?" Fionn asks, attempting to help her.
-
Lunar manages to calm down wrought to explain that, "In a matter, yes. She was brought before the Darkness. But instead of being offered a knife of desire. She was stabbed with a blade that gave her a symbiotic fatigue." "Don't hurt me," She whimpers.
-
"Is it somilar in any way to hive poisoning? Like hellsbreath?"
Helsbreath is a sickness that can 'corrupt' guardians.
-
"No," Lunar replied, "Nothing like that. She is affected by a more corrosive curse that has nothing to do with the Hive." Sarah gets off her stool. Her eyes were still the same color. Wings of fire grow from her back and immediately turn grey-blue. She goes a corner and sits down, curling up on a ball. Her wings grew and hid her as she wept and whimpered in the corner."
-
"So would a light transfusion do anything? Calm 'er down? Maybe negate the affects temporarily?" Fionn asks, refering to the way Guardians share there light in cases like reviving and such.

Edited by Splashback77: 1/29/2017 4:29:18 AM"Not sure if it'll work. She'll run before you even get within 3 feet of her," Lunar replied.
-
"I won' need three feet..." He replies, moving slowly towards Sarah. His footsteps are absolutely silent, as he slowly creeps forward. He's careful to avoid entering her line of sight.
-
She senses him coming, and starts to take off running. She dashes out of the bar, trying to escape. But she tripped and fell on the sidewalk.
-
He was right bwhind her, and catches her as she trips. Before she can react, he chanels his light into her, bulstering her own in an attempt to help ward off the curse, at least temporarily.

Edited by Splashback77: 1/29/2017 5:06:05 AMSarah's eyes fade back to its normal hazel. But her tears still glisten as they roll down her cheeks.
-
Fionn pales a bit from the light transfusion, but keeps himself upright. His arms are still around her from catching her, and he hugs her gently.
-
Her wings start to glow a warm golden, as so does her skin. Healing. She was healing him. When the glow starts to burn a bit, she lets go, tears still in her eyes, and flies away, leaving behind a golden feather, somehow.
-
He looks up after her. "What... Just happened?"
He wasn't hurt. That was just mild light exhaustion. He just needed a recharge.
-
Lunar was still there, with Fionn. "She may have been shown true darkness, but her Light remained pure. That's why the transfusion worked, I suspect. She saw that you were pale, and attempted to heal you. When someone she is healing is fully healed, her Light aura gives off a burning sensation on her skin," Lunar explained, "Otherwise... why she left... she doesn't like being seen as weak, so she tries not to let her demons and curses consume her. She does this so much, she hits a breaking point, that can be triggered by a thought."
-
"Sounds like she could use some friends." Fionn says, leaning against a nearby lamp post. "That took a lot o' light..."
-
"She has plenty of friends any many close and super close friends. They just... aren't here. Another reason for the whole, Don't Like Being Seen as Weak thing, is apart of something I call, Younger Sister Syndrome."
-
"Oh, Fionn can relate to that. Remember what Pox and Chrome called you, little Finny?" Wisp says, appearing over his shoulder. Fionn rolls his eyes.
