He freezes, his pulse rifle leveled at her.
"Who in the Traveler's name 're you?"
He demands.

"You first, Hunter," She replies, moving her finger closer to the trigger.

"My name is Fionn. Who're you?" He asks, his own rifle aimed directly at her face.

"Splash," She replies grimly, "That's a bad nickname for badass, I know."

"Yeah... Why're you pointing yer gun at me?" He asks, keeping his own raises.

"Startled. That's all. Natural reaction, ya'know."

"Right... So are ya going to lower it?" He asks, his Ghost appearing over his shoulder.

"Oh, right," She lowered the hand cannon. "So what did the Vex do to get you to this timeline?" She asked.

He lowers his pulse rifle. "Eh, 'ell if I know. Some big bloo'y flash o' light an' next thing I know I'm 'ere." "They activated a time bomb of some sort while we were patrolling near the vault of glass for the Vanguard." Explains his Ghost. "Yeah, that."

"Really? So there intelligent here... Interesting. Are they hostile?" His Ghost asks.

"You'll meet some sketchy people, but so far, everyone I met have been nice to me," Splash replies.

"Interesting... I should alert the Vanguard of this, and try to find out where we are." "Really Wisp? Are ya really just now thinkin' of tha'?" Fionn asks his Ghost.

"Signal isn't strong enough," Splash's Ghost replied, "Any attempt of contact would be useless." "Lunar, you sure about that?" She asked her Ghost. "Even with your modifications, the signal was only white noise," Lunar replied.

"Well, maybe we can help. We managed to pick up some interesting Vex technology on Venus, unknown as to what it is. My Guardian isn't exactly the brightest when it comes to their tech though." "Hey! Wha' are you sayin'?" Fionn demands.

"Let me take a look at it," Splash said, "I'm no Osiris, but I'm pretty dang close."

Fionn nods. "Well, I don' see why not. Thank ya kindly, Lady Warlock." He gestures for her to follow him to his ship.

"I haven't been called 'Lady' anything since I last visited Felwinter Peak," Splash muttered with a nostalgic tone, "It seems like it was years ago..."

"Ah, I been there. Good times. So you're an Iron Lord?" He asks, trying to start a conversation.

"That is correct."

"Huh, never did meet a' Iron Lord, aside from Saladin 'at is." He opens his ship storage to reveal several pieces of busted up Vex remains and a few pieces of what appear to be a spire.

"And Efrideet. She's still alive you know. Hmm. That spire... that looks like chunks from the one that opens the Vault."

"Never did meet Lady Efrideet. She was ne'er around when I stopped by. And aye, that be from the Vault spire."

"Looks like you got enough of the spire to power a Vex gate. But we can't use it because we don't have a gate, and we can't build our own. Even if we did, I don't want to drag them into this timeline."
