Buff Unflinching?
Hello,
I'll keep this simple and short... useless perk. Just buff it, please Bungie. Especially since you increased flinching anyway.
Support this post please, this perk needs a major upgrade.

21 RepliesNo. Snipers are in a good place now. They have become the ambush weapon they are supposed to be. They could use a little more nerfing, but if they don't get it, that would be fine.
