To preface I suppose I should upload a short video demonstrating this problem and will edit this later to reflect such. But the problem is as follows. The gloves I am using on my hunter showed I had the ability to learn a new skill (yay long range grenade throws!) but when I go to actually try and spend the resources on the perk it shows it grayed out and un-purchasable. The ability directly below has begun gaining experience as well, and it is constantly telling me I have an upgrade available. Not sure if this is some problem that is documented but, it is certainly irritating. I am able to buy the long range grenade throw distance on my warlock, and I even tried transferring the item to my warlock to have him upgrade it (no dice). I was beginning to wonder if this was a temporary disable of the ability for some reason of balance. Any input is valued.
