I want the candlelight shader but I can't find any skeleton keys. I have run over 10 strikes since festival of the lost began and nothing. Not to mention the strikes I ran before that trying to get one for thorn.

The non heroic strikes tend to have better drop rates for the skeleton keys

Did you run the first missions on each character?

Yes, but I didn't know about thorn quest at the time.

I got mine from the 5th chest the two other shaders from the first bag and first game
