I had sleep paralysis two nights in a row that I still remember. On the first night I woke up around 2 - 3 am and I was awake but I had my eyes closed but I felt like someone was standing right beside me breathing on me and I couldn't move for awhile, after about another minute or so I started shaking my head so I can get my body to actually move, I finally open my eyes and reach out to where I had heard the breathing and nothing was there I freaked out, turned on the light and looked around the room to see if anything was there. There wasn't.
Second Story:
This one was especially different mainly because it was so different from my last one. So one night I was sleeping and I had a dream of a little girl in a red dress holding my hand this was basically my entire dream l, she was was holding my hand as I was laying in bed and it was weird because I couldn't remember a face like her face was blurred or darkened like I wasn't meant to see it, I woke up right but again my eyes are closed I can't move, same as last time but this time all I here is girl whispering to me "shhhh don't open your eyes, don't look at her." To be honest I felt so sick at this moment because it became so quiet that I didn't know if that person that whispered to me was still there.
