How do you clip your nails?

I actually had my fingernails ripped out. Very painful don't recommend.

1 ReplyPSA; nail-biting can mess up your teeth/ lead to overbite or underbite ripping/picking the nail off can cause hang nails or ingrown nails if the nail comes off too far back or uneven.

I use a nail clipper and cringe with every clip.

Bite my fingernails off, rip off the toenails

1 ReplyI bite them off. I do this too often. I pretty much only use the nail clipper for my feet nails. Should I stop? Yes. Will I? No.
