The odds are the same, the strikes just don't take as long.

The odds per strike are the same but the odds per hour are better. Less frustrating too. Though I've seen the boss drop a key and the strike completion drop another key for the same guardian in the 320. I've never seen kwys drop directly from the boss in heroics
