Edited by Jmesser80: 10/26/2016 4:03:49 AMGo to the tower and talk to Eva she will give you a empty bag then go around the tower to the vendors (only some of the vendors) and collect candy etc once you visit all of them you will be instructed to go back to Eva and you will obtain the engram mask that will start the quest
