counterbalance again is only great on med rof pulses and slow rof pulses as well as autos. its situational on hawksaw archetype depending on other perks and not needed on grasp archetypes. especially with good stability perks. yes range does have a impact on accuracy, my point is that the maps in the crucible do not have long enough range engagements for that to matter in pvp.
