Solar grenade and VF bug. Doesn't proc when enemies are damaged by the aoe.
It only seems to work on the initial placement of the solar grenade.

I main Sunsinger & none of those perks have worked since April nerf. You can thank Bungie for that. It is there way of picking winners & losers. If you r Titan you win if you sunsinger u lose.
