If you picked up all the monitors you r able to stay there but if you leave and u were the one to collect all or one monitor then you will lose those specific monitors.

No I mean once I get the chest can I host the chest for people that weren't in that raid to simply fly down and grab the chest/item

If you were the one to pick up all the monitors then yes I suppose you would be able to do that.

I mean theoretically the monitors open the lasers one at a time. So I do all that and the chest is accessible. I grab the item. I then stay there and invite people to simply fly down and open the chest. Kind of like hosting the exotic chest in VOG.
