"Let's get started, shall we?" [b]Wings made of blades extend from Fortis's back, and he draws a gun and a shield.[/b]

[b]The girl pulls a makeshift chain-and-blade weapon from her backpack.[/b]

[b]Fortis fires a swarm of laser bolts at the girl.[/b]

[b]The girl runs through them, toward Fortis, dodging all direct hits from the bolts.[/b]

[spoiler]Runs through the lasers?[/spoiler] [b]Fortis puts his gun away and draws a huge mace. He swings the mace with such force that it simulates the conditions of a tornado. He swings the mace at the girl.[/b]

[spoiler]Through the parts of the impact point that weren't hit by the lasers. She took some donate, but not as much as she would if she were hit directly by one of those.[/spoiler] [b]As she is knocked backwards, she throws a hooked chain at Fortis.[/b]

[b]Fortis, seeing the chain, grabs it and starts spinning it around. He then hammer throws it.[/b]

[b]As soon as Fortis grabs the chain, the girl lets go, and continues her charge, small embers beginning to rise from her skin.[/b]

[b]Fortis pulls a huge sword from his back, and lunges at the girl.[/b]
