I was exploring my way around Felwinter's Peak, and as a hunter I couldn't help but take envy in the design and model of Shiro's cloak, it looks so cool. I checked the back and I noticed it's actually made of a bunch of Fallen House of Kings banners. So I'm assuming Shiro has taken out a couple of their ranks, which is pretty admirable considering the King's secrecy.
