That's been going on since the 2.4 update I got a zhalo supercell from the weekly shaxx bounty at 300 when my light level is 325

i usually get exotics around 300 for TMOW if i get them. the bones of ew i got on now came at 280 from about 3 weeks back, when i was at 332 light. i think its less to do with the update and more to do with the "SMART LOOT" system tbh.

I've always gotten the exotics higher than my light level

ill write it off to my bad luck, but my legends are around my light leve +/-5 and my exotics are in slots i dont have at low light levels....for me at least...trying to roll these bones has been a task.
