I highlighted the important bits. "Marketing material" is different from a finished game. It's a lot more likely that the Vault was never completed, or is a piece of code that was never ready to be included, than that it was fully finished and has been sitting around for 2 years waiting to be implemented now. As an IDEA, yes, it's been around. They are finally getting around to doing some of those things they wanted to do in 2014, but couldn't do at the time because they were forced to rush the game out on Activision's schedule. Nope, sources from former bungie employees point out that the game was VERY different then what it currently is today, some say there was a full story and almost the entirety of the alpha testers claim this area was here and completed and then scraped last seconed along with alot of other things, like the story, much of what we are seeing is content that was cut and is now being recycled back into the game Off to work enjoy your morning
