Did you change consoles? Like from Xbox 360 to one? Or PS3 to ps4?

Yes, I did. I changed from the xbox 360 to xbox one

That's the problem that I've found with a lot of users, tonight I'm going on my 360 and seeing if there is any way to delete my destiny profile I'll keep this updated if I find anything
