Also, go to pingtest.net / speedtest.net to test your connection to see what you are actually getting. Ping test will allso give you a estimate of how good you connection is.
You might not be getting what you paid for.

Edited by YFZ451: 8/30/2016 1:49:02 AMOk I did what you suggested. Speedtest results: Download - 45.22 Upload - 43.84 Ping - 18ms Pingtest results: Packet Loss - 0% Ping - 17ms Jitter - 0ms I'm signed up for a 50/50 service but was currently uploading something so numbers were a little off. When connection is idle ping stays between 5 and 10 ms. Edit: Finally got speedtest to let me post a link. Ping is at 24 but thats still really good while i'm uploading.

I hope that you are running the same set up for your consol, because that would make it really interesting. ( you probably tested on your pc, so was it on a enthernet cable or over wifi? And are you using wired or wireless for your consol?)

Edited by YFZ451: 8/30/2016 2:05:20 PMThat test is over a wired connection on my computer. Xbox is hardwired using a separate real ip. When I run the network test on my xbox download is 47.53, upload is 48.25 and ping is 19ms with 0% packet loss. Just for the heck of it I tried switching the ethernet cable from cat 6 to cat 7 with no change. Even tried wifi just to see and still no difference. Even tried using IPv6 with the same results. Nat is always open and when I run port test using destiny ports it always says they are open.
