Thanks to a rather rude Internet stranger, I watched the video. It is odd game play and should get immediate attention. One for looking at possible cheating, and more importantly to see if there is a logic error somewhere that can allow players to spam a collision hit update to the servers.
Still it's just gameplay, again very odd gameplay. But it is not definitive proof.

I hope I am not the rude guy you mentioned as I feel we are having a very civilized conversation. :) but yes I agree it's not defined proof, but it does deserve inquiry.

Ah, no. There was someone that PM'd me the video demanding that I admit it was cheating. Gave him some smart-ass remarks and left the chat. I can see how that's how you took it though. Lol
