I Love these people who don't believe that cheating exists. They even go so far as to defend the obvious cases, and cried name and shame. I can tell you that anyone who is Red Barring and dominating, is most likely tampering with their connection. I recently went through a problem with my ISP, and I saw no benefit from the added latency.
