Well, the reason I picked Tlaloc to be Arc, is because Tlaloc is also the Aztec God of rain. But I can see your reasoning.

Tlaloc should be arc because of it's rate of fire. Arc in this game has always represented speed, solar usually impact, void I expect would be stability or range.
