how does elemental damage make it OP when in Crucible, guardian's aren't affected by elemental damage?

Even in PvE. When charged it likely has the most PvE dps of any primary. Throwing even more onto that, then yes things do start to get too heavy I'm not saying everything needs to be perfectly balanced in PvE but that's pushing it

Technically NTTE does when hitting critical damage.
