Changed the IB drop rate
Something is up with the IB drop rate, I would not be surprised if Bungie in the cover of darkness set the drop rate down again.

Rank 3 here and have gotten 4 sniper rifles, 5 335 gauntlets and 3 335 boots. Still no primary, but it's still early.
