I thought you could never one shot to the head with a throwing knife. Whenever I was on my hunter I would have to shoot once then throw the knife to the head. Is there a certain perk or armor piece that helps with that?

Nope, i main hunter. Check the patch notes. Was always one hit kill to the head. Hence the uproar as it takes skill

I checked the patch notes. It was only one shot for people with [b]low[/b] armor. I don't encounter players with that build much so that's probably why I never noticed it could one shot.

Not if you had the burn on it

Even with the burn it only one shotted low armor players
