[spoiler]Not exactly, just reflex, Mortar forms iron balls pretty quickly and moves pretty fast, but his attacks can also be evaded easily[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Well, you were a far distance away, even if it's a small iron ball, it can deflect, and Mortar can prepare before you fire.[/spoiler]
