How to Sou unlock FACTIONS quest from Lord Shaxx??? It won't pop up for me to select.

Which faction quest are you referring to? The exotic class item? Or "The Mountaintop"?

It was the Faction quest from Shaxx. All good though, I realised why it wasn't coming up.
