What if I deleted my main character that got 50 calcified fragments? Will I still get it or am I screwed even tho I have the shader?

You should have the grimoire for all 50, so you technically should be just fine.

But it might be like last year with skolas they specifically told everyone that if on the cutoff day one of your active characters didn't have a completion it wouldn't count, grimoire card or not.
