I would think that would be having [b]both[/b] Year One and Year Two MoT emblems, no? Doesn't that show that you've done both? Wouldn't a 3rd emblem for the same things be a little redundant?

You cant wear 2 at the same time. I would love for their to be a single emblem that shows you completed both years.
