Battlefield 4, man. The game is several years old and no more DLC has been made for it for a while, but me and my friends still all play and server population is still pretty good despite its age.

Last dlc was 2015 i believe.

I might be kind of biased on this one because on the Xbox One community not a whole lot of people really mess with the DLC stuff, since they know there is a lot of people who'd never bought it all... so ironically despite having a metric shitload of DLC maps to play on the most server population is on the vanilla maps or the free community map-packs.
