I really can't put it simpler. My guns have been killing MUCH slower since last weekend, and my performance has suffered drastically, even in rumble. My enemies now mow me down in a fraction of a second with their Doctrines and Hawksaws. I was even CROSS MAPPED by TLW twice in the last month, and one guy was even firing full auto! I had to literally fire my WHOLE MAGAZINE with Arminius-D (60 bullets) to get 1 kill in my last rumble game, even with flawless accuracy. My snipes barely register any more, unlike year 1 trials where they always registered. My "unstoppable" Fist of Havoc was also stopped 5 times in 1 rumble game by Universal Remote and I was unable to ever use my super. I'm always a green bar, and my enemies are always a yellow or occasionally red bar. What gives?
