I agree. Things like durations are usually hitting both PvP and PvE equally. The magic words to look out for on damage changes are "against minions of the darkness" which will be PvE only or "non minions of the darkenss" for PvP.

Well they did specify it as a sandbox/crucible update so hopefully it doesnt change too much
