I dont think either is but they both are strong in their situations. Against scrub players both will seem op as they wreak havoc. Its because most casual players will do the same dumb plays that got thrm killed, they'll group up when a sunsinger is nearby, and all around will be the ones to rage and keep rushing.

No but the only problem is there's litterly no counter, seriously, try to come up with a counter for either that doesn't require extreme luck (like saying just quick scope em) or the other player being garbage
