Why? You get nothing from it.
Bounties wouldnt count and Quest steps and so on.
Do you really have 12 people left in a clan to "train"
And if so, for what? What is there to "train" for. All you need is a Lagswitcher and your good, or just sit back and snipe.

It's not for any kind of training. It's for fun, it's for the same reason halo's multiplayer was so big.
