50% improvement in terms of yellow red bars in PvP games. It's progress but still needs more work!

What do you mean about improvement?

Less yellow red bars in game, but still there so far I've had a 50% split. Prior to hotfix it was 1% green lobbies 99% red bars yellow bars. I'm just trying to feedback I personally have seen improvement but it needs to go further like 90% green lobbies it's still peer to peer so let's be realistic!
