Please remember PVE players suffer from people who can't handle being slapped about in PVP. Descoping is nonsense. You want to find out a better solution to counter snipes? Use any Hakke sniper and watch how badly you can flinch. I think those are a better way to go. Year 1 style snipers don't flinch anywhere near as hard.
