the drop's and the attack levels stink. yeah a 315 player wants to get a 272 legendary out of an engram. Exotics at least have a level thing, 290 if around 300, 310 if your above 310. how about something like that for legendary engrams. Seriously, the tops players get the shaft and the legendary engrams are mostly crap. why not give us weapons or armor instead of dealing with rahool's rng hell. at least he doesn't turn purples into blues anymore...
