Armor Crafting I want to have a chest piece that gives me shotgun ammo, reloads them faster, with strength/discpline, and void armor perk to build around No Back Up Plans and Strongbow-D with Army of One. In order to get this, I need to grind months on end in crucible, raid, or strikes to get just that roll. Why can't I craft it?
