I know that the lore for destiny is primarily the grimore cards.....a extensive process that requires out of game time and effort, but there was a noted rise in story/plot/ and lore in thr latest expansions. Still there is a significant lacking to players you find they can truly envelop themselves in the destiny community. A backstory or quest line in regards to the factions....a quest line that delves deep into the travler story line. The mysterious stranger alone could add countless hours of lore finding quests, without truly adding much more to the game itself. I honestly know that if I could feel more invested in the NPC that we work for that I would try harder and be engaged in the community tenfold. PvP might be were a good crowd of people are but you wont find a more loyal crowd than lore hunters.
