I would love it if you had to play through the old raids to level up through pve. As in you have to run VOG in order to unlock Crota, Crota to unlock POE, etc. That way all content stays relevant, and it encourages older players to sherpa new players through these activities [u]even if they can't use the gear they earn[/u].
