I [u][b]wish you guys listened.[/b][/u] Or at least had a more in depth support system such as submitting tickets so that players can get to chat individually with a knowledgeable person who may be able to shed some light on issus we are all experiencing on the day to day instead of dealing with huge problems for months at a time until you guys decide to fix it. Really i think we are all disappointed in how slow you guys are for a global company that makes millions and spends millions. You need to put more of that money into customer service and keep your customers wanting more. The community is supposed to want intervention from devs but instead om hearing more and more people say that bungie should just get out of destiny because with every new patch or bungie update or weekly update something new is broken. Just leave well enough alone or dedicate yourselves to fixing the issues. [b][u]Support the game and the community or get out. [/u][/b]
