No to 90% of this list. Really decrease scout damage. Why? To much here to list why it's bad. Your patch is worse than Bungies.

I disagree with 90% of this list and he mutes me. Wow, how's the basement? Light must burn let alone people interaction.

So much for muted. Some good ideas but many are not. Year 1 to year 2 would nice gear and weapon wise. Much of these changes will adversely affect PvE. If PvE and PvP were separated it could be good. Changes to scout no, though autos need help for sure.
