Then it will be all Ice Breakers and Invectives in Trials and Skirm matches. As long as that ability to regen ammo automatically is removed then the exploit to escape the no special round one will continue to be there. Ice Breakers in every single game. Destiny players require special ammo to get kills. Bungie should just remove primary weapons all together LOL

Just said how to fix the Ice Breaker problem in Trials as well. Year One weapons are banned from Trials. In a place where level advantages aren't enabled you will always run into Year One stuff. For example: Thorn, Ice Breaker (in Skirmish) and to a lesser extent Invective. Until they leave Year One stuff behind (Destiny 2 perhaps?) This will always be the case. Side note: I don't have an issue with Invective considering it's very slow regen time.
